The Head of Department role is a full-time position teaching Physics and Further Maths up to A Level, the ability to teach another Science is advantageous. This Head of Physics is a permanent post with interviews being held before the Easter break.   The ideal candidate will have:  Be an outstanding practitioner with strong classroom management Have Qualified Teacher Status along with a relevant undergraduate degree. Demonstrable experience teaching both Physics and Further Maths.
