​Step Teachers are working with a secondary school in the South Norfolk District who are seeking a strong Teacher of Psychology to join their successful social sciences department. This position is a part-time role available from January 2022. The role will be teaching A Leve Psychology.

The school is a “Good” Ofsted-rated school When the students are proud of their school. Students have a high rate of attendance compared to the national average. The leadership team has maintained a good quality of education. Pupil’s attitudes om the majority of lessons are excellent and have good student-teacher relationships.

The role:

• Strong Psychology curriculum knowledge

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

Requirements: 

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of 

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Psychology

• A relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
