​​Step Teachers are looking for experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants who are looking for long-term, short-term and day-to-day work in mainstream and SEN schools, who are happy to work 1:1 and general roles

Role:

  • Supporting children of mixed ages and abilities with their learning and progression

  • Make sure the school environment is safe

  • Offering support to the class teacher and other support staff

  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

  • Have experience working with SEN
