​Step Teachers are looking for graduates or experienced teaching assistant to work with a same sex secondary school in Norwich. The role will be supporting a year 13 student through their A Levels. The role will be available from November 2022 through to the end of the A Level exams in June 2023. This role is available either on 4 or 5 days per week, covering 21 hours in total.

Role:

• Working 1-1 with a deaf Year 13 Student to assist with her A Levels

• Confidence to deliver and support the student

• Passionate about helping others

• Ability to follow instructions given by other adults in the room

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

• Having recent mainstream school-based experience is desirable 

• Hold a degree qualification or higher is desirable
