​​Step Teachers are working with an Academy in Haringey to source a Computer Science teacher. This is a long-term role available for an academic year from the 10th of October 2022.

This is a “Good” Ofsted-rated school where Staff welcome pupils as they arrive at school every morning. Pupils are happy in school, safe and ready to learn. Leaders and staff have high expectations for what pupils will achieve. Pupils study a broad curriculum and do well. Across the school, pupils take pride in their work.

Role:

• Strong Computer Science curriculum knowledge at KS3 & 4

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Computer Science

• The relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
