We have been asked to recruit an outstanding and experienced English Teacher for our client in Barnet who is seeking an English Teacher to take on the position in a temp to perm manner.  The position of English Teacher is to start in September but would be willing to offer a July contract for the right teacher.   Candidate requirements are: Have QTS or PGCE You will be an excellent classroom practitioner, who employs well-structured schemes of work to encourage pupils of all abilities to achieve fantastic results and build their skills base for life You will have a practical and innovative approach to your English Teaching, using every resource available to encourage your pupils Strong behaviour management   The school is a high achieving school with great classroom management. There is a focus on teaching rather than behaviour management but to keep that standard, the school needs teachers with strong classroom control.
