​Step Teachers are looking for an experienced Teacher Assistant in Kings Lynn starting in November 2022. This contract intially is until December but there is the potential of the contract being extended or the role becoming permanent at the discretion of the school.

This school is Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ and is looking for someone who is experienced and can build positive relationships with students and staff.

Role:

• Good knowledge and experience of working within the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum

• Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and associated resources

• Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom and throughout the school

• Ability to support students and encourage their progression

• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the ability to implement these effectively

Requirements:

• Hold a Teaching Assistant Qualification

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience

• SEND experience is desirable
