Step Teachers are working with a school in the North Norfolk District to secure a Food Technology Teacher to join their team in January 2023. This role is initially available for the first term, however, this may lead to the role being extended for the right candidate.

The school is located near the North Norfolk coast and in their latest Ofsted report, graded them as “Good”. The school itself was praised for the strong improvements in their GCSEs, particularly in English and Science. Students are well-behaved in lessons and have a positive attitude towards their learning.

The role:

• Strong knowledge of Food Technology up to KS5

• Your lessons will be creative, varied, and flexible enough to promote differentiation, and commitment to pupil progression will inform every aspect of your teaching practice

• Willingness to comply with the school’s policies and implement them effectively  

The Food Technology Teacher requirements:

• You will hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Holding a Food Technology/Technology related undergraduate is desirable

• Experience teaching the UK Food Technology curriculum
