​​​Step Teachers are looking for recent graduates in Suffolk who are considering a career in teaching and want experience beforehand. 

Step Teachers work across schools in East Anglia and have outstanding, long-lasting relationships. Graduates will have the chance to support in Primary schools and lead the classroom in Secondary schools. 

Role:

• Able to support the students in the class under the direction of the class teacher

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom and throughout the school

• Ability to support students and encourage their progression

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

• Hold degree

• Recent mainstream school-based experience is desirable but not essential.

• Drives or happy to get public transport.
