​Step Teachers are working with a school in the East Cornwall area, who are looking for a full-time HTLA within a Primary setting from September. The role of an HLTA is a varied one where no day is the same, you will play an integral and important part in a young person’s education. This role could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Role:

• You will be working with small groups

• Delivering set tasks by teachers

• Working with children of different needs

Requirements:

• HTLA qualification

• You will have a good nature around children and be able to inspire learners of all abilities.
