​Step Teachers has been tasked to find a qualified ICT teacher for school-based in Peterborough. This is due to start in January 2023, initially on a long-term supply basis but this could lead to a permanent offer.

The school and school leaders ensure that the pupils receive high-quality career advice and guidance, Teaching in areas are strong such as MFL and humanities. The school promote the pupil’s physical and mental well-being and pupils speak highly of this provision.

Role:

• Strong ICT curriculum knowledge at KS3 

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required 

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

Requirements: 

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of 

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching ICT

• A Relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
