As a graduate working in an academy, you will be supported in your learning by our teacher training partner. You will be being given clear objectives in the techniques and standards required to qualify as a teacher and at the end of this course, you will gain a teaching qualification whilst being paid an annual salary.

What we offer:

• A salary of £14,000 – £16,000 whilst also gaining a teaching qualification

• Dedicated training consultant to support your learning

• Commit to working Monday – Friday

• Have a minimum degree or equivalent qualification

• Have a passion and drive to enhance students learning and ambition to become a qualified teacher

• Be available for enrolment at given dates in September/October/November or December.
