The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. SEMH Teaching Assistant responsibilities: To assist the class teacher Monitoring experience Small group intervention experience Implement individual learning plans for SEN students Utilise a holistic approach to de-escalation The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant will have experience in working with children with challenging behaviour and may have specialist SEMH qualifications.
