As a graduate working in an academy, you will be supported in your learning by our teacher training partner. You will be being given clear objectives in the techniques and standards required to qualify as a teacher and at the end of this course, you will gain a teaching qualification whilst being paid an annual salary.
What we offer:
A salary of £14,000 - £16,000 whilst also gaining a teaching qualification
Dedicated training consultant to support your learning

Commit to working Monday – Friday
Have a minimum degree or equivalent qualification
Have a passion and drive to enhance students learning and ambition to become a qualified teacher
Be available for enrolment at given dates in September/October/November or December.

The role:
Strong curriculum knowledge at KS3 & 4
Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom and sports area’s with accessible resources where needed
Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable
Ability to assess and report on your students when required
Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Requirements:
Hold QTS or the equivalent of
ECTs accepted
Relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
