Step Teachers are working with a secondary school in the Breckland District to source an MFL teacher. This role is a full-time maternity cover post and is available from December 2022. You will be required to teach both Spanish and French at KS3 and KS4.

 The school has been rated as “good” by Ofsted with the school having highly ambitious leaders. They ensure that the education the students receive is good and when they leave, they want them to feel confident and well-educated. Students have a positive attitude to learning and they want to do well, and behaviour is supported well with disruption to lessons rare.

The Role:

  • Strong MFL curriculum knowledge at KS3 & 4

  • Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

Step Teachers are looking for graduates or experienced teaching assistant to work with a same sex secondary school in Norwich. The role will be supporting a year 13 student through their A Levels. The role will be available from November 2022 through to the end of the A Level exams in June 2023. This role is available either on 4 or 5 days per week, covering 21 hours in total.

Role:

  • Working 1-1 with a deaf Year 13 Student to assist with her A Levels

  • Confidence to deliver and support the student

  • Passionate about helping others

  • Ability to follow instructions given by other adults in the room
